Ordering

What currency are your prices in?
Are priced in USD. Prices may automatically be converted into your local currency for convenience.

How do I know which size will fit me best?
Most of our sizes fits on the small side unless it is described as oversized. If you have questions about a specific style’s fit or measurements, you can always reach out to our Customer Service. Please include your bust, waist and hip measurements so we can help you find the right size.

What if I need to change or cancel my order?
Once an order is placed, we’re unable to make any changes. You can request to cancel or change your order by emailing customer service within 24 hours before your order has been processed. We will try our best to assist you.

What’s the status of my order?
Once you’ve received your shipping confirmation E-mail you can use the tracking number to see the status of your delivery on the corresponding shipper’s website. If may take up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

After an order has been delivered to the correct shipping address, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.

 

 

Payment

What currency will I be charged?
All orders will be charged in USD.

What methods of payment do you accept?
We accepts all major payment methods including but not limited to Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Debit and PayPal.

Why was my order canceled?
All cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorize payment to The Concept 6, your order will be canceled. You can contact customer service if you need further assistance.

 

Add to Waitlist/Pre-Orders

What does it mean to Add to Waitlist?
If an item is sold out, we will try our best to make more. Sign up with your E-mail with your preferred size and we will notify you when it becomes available.

What does Pre-Order Mean?
Pre-order items are items that are coming soon to the site. You can pre-order an item and get 15% off using code PREORDER. Expected delivery dates may vary, please check the specifications of them item you are order for the estimated times. Delivery dates are not guaranteed. We do not offer Pre-Order to international customers at this time.

Can I return a Pre-Order item?
Yes you can return a pre-order item within the allowed time frame. Please check our shipping policy for more detail.

We offer online gift certificates only.

 

Sale

What does Sale mean?
All items on sale have been reduced in price and cannot be returned for a refund or exchange.

Can I return a Sale item?
All items on sale cannot be returned or exchange. If you send a “Sale” item back to us for a return/exchange we will not be able to process the refund/exchange.

Can I return an item bought with a special discount code?
Yes, special discount items can be returned within our accepted time frame please check our shipping policy. Sale items purchased with special discount code cannot be returned/exchanged.
